Armies Of The Seasons Of War

The global campaign for Warhammer Age of Sigmar has recently come to a close, and while the store of Gamesville Tabletop was claimed by the foul forces of Chaos, Order had a commanding presence across the globe to run away with the win. Below are some of the contributing armies from our very own Gamesville Tabletop.

First up are David Buonpastore’s united coalition of Elves/Aelves. David was the difinitive general of Order, far and away leading his faction in point values for both warscrolls painted and games played.

Next up are newcomer to Sigmar, Bryan Bowers High Elves. Elves seem to be a theme, but with models as pretty as these, it’s hard to complain.

Last, but most certainly not least, we have Charles Pugh’s hordes of Chaos. Charles scored far and away the largest point total for not only his faction, but also the entire store for the campaign. Truly a Warmaster of Chaos.

A big thank you to everyone who turned out for the campaign. We hope you had as much fun playing as we did hosting it. If you’re looking to meet up to play your own games of Sigmar, come to Gamesville Tabletop on Saturdays! We’re bound to have another campaign of our own in the very near future.

Cthulhu Game Day Celebration

Cthulhu Game Day has come and gone and in a proper birthday bash for the great Lovecraft most of us have changed for the better. Games were played, food was consumed, cultists recruited and most importantly we all went insane! A big thanks to everyone who came out, we can’t wait to revel in the festivities with you all again next year!

Dragons of Tarkir Pre-release

en_mtgdtk

Gamesville Tabletop will be participating in the latest pre-release for Magic the Gathering. This latest prerelease is Dragons of Tarkir. We will be having events on Friday at midnight and on Saturday from 1pm till

Prereleases provide you with the earliest possible opportunity to play with the newest cards in Magic. Prereleases are enjoyable casual events that encourage fun over competition. You can plan to play all day in multiple events your store runs, or drop by for a single event.

Prereleases are Sealed Deck format events, where players are given Prerelease Packs and time to construct a 40-card minimum deck.

Prerelease Packs make deck-building more exciting with the inclusion of specialized, “seeded” booster packs and regular booster packs that let players choose a focus for their deck.

Players who are uncomfortable building a Sealed Deck may participate in Open Dueling instead of the main tournament. Open Dueling players use an Intro Pack to experience the new set a week before it hits shelves.

Please stop by any time to pre-register. It’s $20 t  pre-register and $25 day of.  There is no guarantee there will be a slot for you so sign up early.
